Shipping & Returns
We ship out packages every day. If your item isn’t shipped the same day it will always go our the next business day. We always provide tracking information as soon as the order is shipped. Most items are shipped USPS Two Day Priority with signature required.
Expect 3-4 days from order to arrival
In our experience: 2-3 days for West Coast and 3-4 days for East Coast deliveries.

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
**Please note, packages CAN be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is not in our control. This is a rare occasion, but it can happen.**

Refunds & Exchanges
If something you've ordered isn't quite right, we happily offer refunds, including on Sale merchandise. Simply email us to notify us of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item, ship it back to us with tags attached, and once received we will issue the refund. We cannot refund shipping fees however.
If shipping items back to us from the U.S., please use the U.S Postal Service.
We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can rings and other items be sized prior to shipping?
A: Yes, we are a full service jewelry store and can size rings, adjust chain sizes, etc. Just send us an email or call to make sure the item can be adjusted or sized to your needs. We will usually invoice you separately through Paypal for that service. Please keep in mind that different thickness of rings will require different sizes so sometimes it is best to have it sized locally once you receive it.
Are all of your designer items authentic and do you guarantee this?
A: YES. If we describe an item as Tiffany, Louis Vuitton, Hermės etc. you can be sure we have inspected it thoroughly to ensure it’s authenticity. We take most every designer brand in our store either on loan or we buy it on a daily basis. If we every have any doubts we will also recruit the opinion of a third party vendor such as AuthenticateFirst.
We also utilize an Entrupy device which takes microscopic pictures of the materials on many of the luxury handbags and compares that using algorithms in their computers. Can I purchase something online and pick it up at one of your locations?
I saw something on your Instagram, but I can't find it online. How can I buy it?
A: We don't always have time to shoot "proper" pictures of everything we have in-store for the webstore. But if something you saw on Instagram is piquing your interest, send us an email and we'll send you more pictures or answer any questions you have!
