If you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to return it to our store and exchange it for any of our items for sale or receive store credit. We do not offer refunds for purchases made in the store.

ONLINE PURCHASES:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to return it for any reason within 14 days for a full refund.

We keep returns hassle-free! You do not have to contact us for a return authorization number. All we ask is that you do not remove the Authenticity Seal (if used) attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We also ask that all original papers and box are returned.

How do I return an item?

Follow these simple steps:

Contact us and let us know why you are returning the item.
Package your return. Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
Ship it to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. It doesn’t matter which carrier you choose to use however we are not responsible for packages lost in transit so make sure to insure it for the full value. Our return address is:

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.

Shipping Times

We ship out packages every day. If your item isn’t shipped the same day it will always go our the next business day. We always provide tracking information as soon as the order is shipped. Most items are shipped USPS Two Day Priority with signature required.

USA:
Expect 3-4 days from order to arrival
In our experience: 2-3 days for West Coast and 3-4 days for East Coast deliveries.

International:
Please inquire for exact shipping quotes prior to purchase.

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.

Each designer handbag is inspected by an authenticity expert to ensure it meets all of our standards before it is sent to you. Not only do we buy and sell designer handbags on a daily basis, we also lend money against them. For this reason we spend countless hours training, studying, and using the latest technology to verify authenticity.

For most handbags we utilize an Entrupy device which takes microscopic photographs of the material and hardware of the bag. It is then compared to thousands of know authentic bags with the use of computer algorithms. Entrupy is the only authenticator that offers a financial guarantee against financial loss if the handbag is determined fake.

RETURNS FOR AUTHENTICITY REASONS

Our goal is to offer a safe shopping experience for our customers. If any item purchased from our site is deemed inauthentic by a well-recognized authentication expert, we will take it back and offer a full refund, including all shipping costs. Documentation from the well reputed source stating their findings is required.

Contact a trained authentication expert to have your item authenticated. Provide a written statement of the findings. We will pay for the authentication if deemed not to be authentic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can rings and other items be sized prior to shipping?
A: Yes, we are a full service jewelry store and can size rings, adjust chain sizes, etc. Just send us an email or call to make sure the item can be adjusted or sized to your needs. We will usually invoice you separately through Paypal for that service. Please keep in mind that different thickness of rings will require different sizes so sometimes it is best to have it sized locally once you receive it.

Are all of your designer items authentic and do you guarantee this?
A: YES. If we describe an item as Tiffany, Louis Vuitton, Hermės etc. you can be sure we have inspected it thoroughly to ensure it’s authenticity. We take most every designer brand in our store either on loan or we buy it on a daily basis. If we every have any doubts we will also recruit the opinion of a third party vendor such as AuthenticateFirst.
We also utilize an Entrupy device which takes microscopic pictures of the materials on many of the luxury handbags and compares that using algorithms in their computers. Can I purchase something online and pick it up at one of your locations?
A: Yes!

I saw something on your Instagram, but I can't find it online. How can I buy it?
A: We don't always have time to shoot "proper" pictures of everything we have in-store for the webstore. But if something you saw on Instagram is piquing your interest, send us an email and we'll send you more pictures or answer any questions you have!

Are all the pictures on your store of the actual item and can I request to see a picture of an item on a model?
A: Yes and yes. We have our own photo studio and take all our own photo’s. We are more than happy to have someone model a ring, handbag, or anything else.

Where do you get your items that are for sale?
As San Diego’s top high end pawn shop we have customers that bring in their items to sell or to use them to get a collateral loan. If used for a loan and the customer does not return in four months to claim the item it is then put up for sale so we can recoup our original investment in the item. Every item we take in is reported to the police department to ensure it is not a stolen item.
